Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Tiger Mist pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items for a store credit within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals in place.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your return items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your shipping label from the portal, then drop your package off at any authorized postage location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your store credit will be emailed to you within 5-7 business days.
